  • How many floorplans and elevations will be available?

    Agua Dulce will offer three separate single-story floor plans, each with two elevation types and each with optional 3 car garages or 5th bedroom floor plan options. Each floor plan will offer an open great room concept great for entertaining and hanging out with family and friends. Our covered patios area's expand the indoor/outdoor living to enjoy the best of our desert climate all year long.

  • What are the sizes of the homes?

    The three floor plans will range from 1,706 – 2,238 square feet of living space with 4-5 bedrooms (optional) and two to three bathrooms. All plans offer large rear patios, 9' voluminous ceilings, 8' interior doors, with finished 2-3 (optional) garages with fully private enclosed block walls.

  • What size are the homesites?

    Homesites range in size from 7,000 to 12,000 square feet.

  • Within which school district are the homes located?

    The public-school jurisdiction is Palm Springs Unified School District. Elementary-Two Bunch Palms, Middle- Desert Springs Middle School and High School-Desert Hot Springs High School. There are also several private school options.

  • Is landscaping included?

    Front yard desert scape landscape and hardscape (driveways and walkways) are included in the purchase of your new home complete with irrigation.

  • What is the property tax rate for the new homes in Desert Hot Springs?

    The current property tax rate is approximately 1.31% (as of 09/2020).

  • Do the new homes have a Homeowners Association?

    Yes, these new homes will have a Homeowners Association. The HOA fee is $140.00 it maintains the entry /exit gates, swimming pool & spa, picnic area, retention basin, common area landscaping, retaining walls & maintenance of directory gates.

  • Do homeowners own the land?

    Yes, the land is "fee" or "fee simple" which means you own the land! Homesites range in size between 7,000 and 12,000 square feet.

  • Will GHA Agua Dulce co-operate with outside brokers?

    GHA prides itself on working with the brokerage community for the past 30 years, and only require that brokers register their clients at the initial showing or inquiry.

  • Does an Agua Dulce Home come with Solar?

    Yes, every home at Agua Dulce will include solar panels in the purchase price of your home. Additional upgrade solar package will be made available. Please ask a sales associate for details. Most recent California energy code require solar installation in all new homes as of January 2019.
